Senior Pastor

BEN WEISS

Pastor Ben married his high school sweetheart, Crystal Weiss, in 1996 and together they have been in ministry since Ben graduated from Christ for the Nations in 1997. Ben has served at Grace as Youth Pastor, beginning in 2004, and Family Pastor, beginning 2009, prior to becoming the Senior Pastor in 2012. Pastor Ben also served the local Foursquare District Leadership for five years and continues to be a voice in our district by leading family camps. Ben and Crystal’s passion is to see Grace Community Church Loving God, Loving People, and Building Strong Families. They believe community activity is a foundational principle to furthering the Gospel and actively minister to North Fort Worth and the surrounding communities. Pastor Ben and Crystal have four beautiful children and live in Fort Worth, Texas.

Eric PutmanAssociate Pastor

Eric grew up in Ovilla, Texas, and has always had a heart for ministry and building community. He attended Mid-America Christian University for his undergraduate studies and later earned his master’s degree from Liberty University. While serving in ministry out in California, he met his amazing wife, Amy. They’ve been married since June 2011 and have two amazing kids, Brayden and Aly, who keep life full of laughter and adventure.
When he’s not at the church, you’ll probably find him out for a run, on the golf course, fishing, exploring new places, or just making memories with his family. He’s passionate about walking alongside others as they grow in their faith and is grateful to be part of what God is doing at Grace.

Tyler DelphousStudent Pastor

Tyler was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, and has also lived in Montana, Idaho, Arizona, Missouri, Oregon, and California before he and his wife Annelise joined Grace in March 2022. He has been serving and ministering with youth for more than 10 years, and he also loves worship. Tyler and Annelise live with their son, Liam, and dog, Brody. He can usually be spotted with a cup of coffee in hand.

Marissa ChabineauChildren's Pastor

Marissa and her husband Joseph got married and graduated from Life Pacific University in 2024, where she received her B.A. in Ministry with a concentration in youth and pastoral ministry. While at LPU she became a licensed pastor and spent a semester interning for the NW District of Foursquare where she served on the NextGen Team. She has had a calling of ministry on her life ever since she was 17 and has been devoted to serving the Lord her whole life. She loves the beach, going to Disneyland, and rarely goes a day without coffee.

Justus WeissWorship Pastor

Justus has served on the worship team since he was a teenager and became the Worship Pastor in 2020. His desire is to welcome the Spirit through our congregational worship. He also serves as the Young Adults pastor, ministering to young people as they transition into adulthood. He and his wife, Amanda, met at Grace when they were four years old.

Michelle McCrackenAdministrative Assistant

Michelle started serving in church at a young age and has spent her life in a variety of ministries including worship, youth, children’s and more. She has been a member of Grace since 2021, on staff since 2023, and currently serves on the worship team and in Fusion Youth Ministries. In 2012 she moved to Texas from California with her husband, David, and two daughters.

Justin PaeltzMen's Director

Justin Paeltz is originally from Amarillo and has lived in Fort Worth since 2013. He is a practicing chiropractor and business owner alongside his wife, Kara. He is committed to building a strong community of men who can encourage, challenge, and support one another through different stages of life. He and his family have been part of the church since 2019, and he also serves on the worship team. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, cycling, and playing bass guitar.

Kara PaeltzWomen's Director

Kara, an East Texas native, is a dedicated women’s ministry leader, a loving wife to Justin, and a proud mother of three. Her heart is devoted to creating a safe and supportive space for women to connect and share throughout all stages of life. In addition to her ministry role, she actively contributes, along with her husband, to their chiropractic office, bringing positivity to both their professional and spiritual endeavors.
